expertise gained in developing Metzeler’s renowned sport touring tyres.

The two main project goals have concerned the supremacy in wet performance and mileage.

This combination was the initial step to obtain a new generation of compounds, whose top performance

have been reached through Metzeler’s patented mixing process, capable to obtain an unmatched level of

homogeneity of the components dispersed in the polymeric matrix, contributing to tyre durability and

wear regularity.
